ČSAD JIHOTRANS was one of the first transportation companies in the Czech Republic which based their effort to continuously improve the quality of services on the
ČSN EN ISO 9002 certified system of Quality Assurance - it happened as early as
1997. The system, audited by
CQS Praha, an independent certification agency and a member of
IQNet, an international certification organization of global renown, covers international and domestic freight road transportation; public road transportation of passengers running regular lines or tourist trips; forwarding services; travel agency services; repairs of road vehicles; sale of motor fuels and oil charges, incl. oil replacement, washing vehicles, servicing tires, measuring emissions, and providing the tow & recovery service.
- Moreover, ČSAD JIHOTRANS once again as a forerunner among the CR transportation companies, enhanced its environmental awareness in 2002 by obtaining the environmental management certification according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:1997.
- In 2002, the company's Quality Assurance system was re-certified per ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
- Based on an audit conducted by the certification agency, the company has been granted a Quality Certificate per ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and an Environment Management certificate per ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005, and in 2007 we certified the food safety system conforming to ČSN EN ISO 22000
